The plain-English rules for the Hotel Lobby AI video generator on HotelLobby.me: your account, the photos you upload, credits, subscriptions and your videos.

These terms are the agreement between you and HotelLobby.me. We have written them in plain English, because rules you cannot understand do not protect anyone. By creating an account or using HotelLobby.me you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

At a glance

You must be 18 or older, and you may only upload photos you have the right to use, of adults who agreed to it.
Sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, infringing or illegal content is not allowed. Report misuse to support@hotellobby.me.
You keep the rights to your photos, and you may use your videos on social media and for personal projects.
We never claim ownership of your photos and never use them to train AI models.
You only pay for videos that finish, failed videos are refunded automatically, and unused packs and unused subscription periods can be refunded within 7 days.
Credit packs are paid once and never renew. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time.

The service

HotelLobby.me lets you upload two photos and generate a short AI video of the two performers (people, pets or characters) in the style of the Hotel Lobby trend. Our step by step guide explains how it works.

AI models we use. Every video is made with three third-party AI models: MiniMax H3 Max Turbo (by MiniMax) turns the booth scene into the video and its audio, Google Nano Banana 2 places both performers in the booth, and Google Gemini 3.5 Flash checks each photo first. The image and video models run on fal.ai. We may switch to newer versions of these or comparable models; this page names the ones in use.

HotelLobby.me is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, their labels or any hotel brand. Videos use newly generated AI audio, not the original song.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to collect free sign-up credits is not allowed and may lead to all of them being closed.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

Photos you upload

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use, and people in your photos must be adults who agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of:

real children (anyone who is or appears to be under 18);
anyone who did not consent;
public figures, in a way that could make viewers believe the video is real.

Photos of pets and fictional characters are welcome, including drawn or animated child characters. You are responsible for having the right to use any character you upload. Our photo tips show what works best.

Every photo goes through an automatic photo check before it is used. Photos that break these rules are rejected and not stored, and you are never charged for a rejected photo.

Your rights in your photos and videos

Your photos stay yours. You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when you delete them or close your account.

Your videos are yours to use. Subject to these terms, you may download, keep and share the videos you make for personal use and on social media, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and similar platforms. You do not need to credit HotelLobby.me, although we always appreciate it.

What we will not do with them. We do not claim ownership of your photos or videos, we do not publish them, and we do not use them to train AI models or in our own marketing without asking you first.

Acceptable use

Please use HotelLobby.me to make fun videos, not to hurt anyone. The following six kinds of content are not allowed, in the photos you upload or in the videos you generate:

Sexual content and minors. Nudity or sexual content of any kind, and any content that sexualizes or endangers children.
Violence and dangerous acts. Graphic violence, gore, terrorism, self-harm, or content that promotes weapons or dangerous behavior.
Hate and harassment. Content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality, and content that bullies, threatens or humiliates anyone.
Deception and impersonation. Deepfakes made without the person's consent, impersonating or defaming a real person, or presenting a generated video as real footage of a real event.
Copyright and trademark infringement. Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property, such as copyrighted characters, brand logos, artwork or other protected material you do not have permission to use.
Illegal activity. Content that is illegal where you live or where you share it, or that promotes fraud, scams or other illegal activity.

You also may not get around the photo check, the credit system or our rate limits, or scrape or overload the service.

How we enforce these rules. Every photo goes through an automatic check before anything is generated, and photos that break these rules are rejected without charge. We may also refuse to generate content, remove videos and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Content involving the abuse of children is reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting content

If you see a video made with HotelLobby.me that breaks these rules, uses your face without your consent, or infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@hotellobby.me with the subject "Content report", or use our contact page. Please include:

a link to or copy of the video, and where you found it;
which rule you think it breaks, or which of your rights it infringes;
for copyright or trademark reports, proof that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner.

We review every report within 2 business days. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and the account that made it may be suspended or closed.

AI output

Every video is generated fresh by AI, so results vary. Faces, motion and audio may not always match your expectations, and the same photos can give different results. That is why credits from a failed video always come back automatically.

If a result is clearly broken, for example a missing face or a file that will not play, our Refund Policy explains how to get the credits back.

Credits and payments

How you pay	One-time credit packs, or a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription.
What things cost	A standard video is 10 credits. Longer and 1080P videos cost more, as shown before you make them.
Failed videos	Credits for a video that fails or does not finish within 30 minutes are returned automatically.
Validity	Pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Subscription credits are valid until the end of the billing period they were granted for and do not roll over.
Renewal	Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Cancelling	Cancel any time from your account or by contacting us. You keep access and credits until the current period ends and are not charged again.
Launch prices	Prices marked as launch prices are discounted from our regular price. If a launch price ends, existing subscriptions keep their price for the period already paid and we tell you before any change applies to a renewal.
Restrictions	Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
Prices	Shown in US dollars before checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but like any online service it may sometimes be slow or unavailable, for example during maintenance or when one of our AI providers has an outage. If a video fails because of this, its credits are returned automatically. We may add, change or remove features over time, and we will never remove credits you have already paid for without offering a refund.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, HotelLobby.me is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and how you use your videos. If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms, for example by uploading a photo without consent, you agree to cover the costs that result.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using HotelLobby.me and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. In serious cases, such as uploading photos of children or fraud, we may do so without notice. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund any unused credits from packs you paid for and the unused part of your current subscription period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will announce it on the site before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the service and ask for a refund of unused credits under our Refund Policy.
